On my brother's birthday last week, I was down in the Springs taking care of some emergency business (ugh) that has been causing all the drama in my life lately. Okaa-san and I stopped at his place with my dad, and my brother ended up giving me a very late birthday gift from last month...a nice-sized gift card for Best Buy. Seriously, that's one of the best presents I could ever get from anyone who has no idea what I really want, lol. So anyway, on Friday I stopped off at Best Buy after taking care of more drama and...well, guess what game came out in the U.S. last week?

Crisis Core is quite possibly the second best thing to happen to my PSP, very close to the first, Advent Children. IT FILLS ME WITH SO MUCH JOY. SO. MUCH. I'm not going to talk about it and give spoilers away...but just know that it is made of pure awesomeness. And the victory fanfare makes me say squee a lot. And the game in general makes me really smile a lot, and sigh a lot, and daydream a lot. In a week full of stress and tears and such, Crisis Core has kind of served as my sanity's saving grace.

Ano...even my doodles have been saved by it. None of these which any of you will ever see. Be glad for that. I've picked up on drawing actual stuff more, too, so...yeah. I wish I could get more commissions on FA because I really want to get the Crisis Core soundtrack (I'm obsessed with Final Fantasy and the music from all the games), but we'll see.

Still, things are going pretty rough. I'm still waking up and finding clumps of hair all over my pillow. Five more weeks...five more weeks until I can go back to the Springs for Summer...I'm counting the days and hoping they go faster.
